Ham, Cheese and Pickle Scrolls

An easy peasy morning tea for us today.

1. Puff Pastry sheet out of the freezer
2. Spread with sweet mustard pickle.
3. Add chopped ham.
4. Cover with grated cheese.
5. Roll up and cut.
6. Bake in 220 (200 fan forced) oven until puffy and slightly browned.

Hint: Make sure you don't squash it when you cut. If you do just spread it back out with your fingers.
 The pastry needs room to spread when cooking.
